Vogel’s Classic Marinade for Beef

To Tenderize:

  1. ¼ cup lemon juice
  2. ¼ cup balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar

For Flavor:

  1. 1/3 cup honey
  2. 1T dry mustard
  3. 2T A-1 sauce
  4. 1/3 cup soy sauce
  5. ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  6. 2T Vogel Dairy Fresh Churned Butter, melted
  7. 2 cloves minced garlic
  8. Salt & pepper
  9. ½ cup olive or sesame seed oil

Place ingredients into large Ziploc bag.

Place your favorite Vogel Dairy beef Roast/Flank, Skirt, Sirloin steak into bag frozen.

Place in refrigerator to thaw and marinade overnight.

Remove meat and grill.
