Roasted Beef Bone Broth

  1. Vogel Dairy Farm Beef Bones
  2. Vogel Dairy Farm Fresh Churned Butter
  3. Your Favorite Herbs and Spices
    (Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Sage, Marjoram, Oregano, Lovage)
    (Cumin, Cayenne, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Himalayan Salt)
  4. Your Favorite Root Vegetables (Onion, Garlic, Celery, Carrots, Parsnips)

Cut Onions in half, Leave other vegetables whole. 

Place vegetables and beef bones on greased baking sheet.

Coat everything with melted Vogel Butter.

Sprinkle herbs and spices over everything, on both sides.

Place in 350-degree oven for 1 hour.

Place bones and vegetables into crockpot.

Cover all with fresh water.

Cook on medium for 12-20 hours adding a little water if needed.

Strain all in colander over a bowl to catch the liquid goodness.

Store in refrigerator 1 week or freeze in safe container for 6 months.

Excellent source of calcium, minerals, and vitamins.  

Soothing as a hot drink before bedtime!
